For a short break or that special occasion, Rose Cottage is an ideal base from which to explore the stunning North Norfolk coast. The Georgian town of
Holt is within a ten minute walk and has an abundance of shops, restaurants, antique emporiums, cafe's and art galleries.

Whatever your interests, be it coastal walks, wide sandy beaches, seal trips, cycling, ornithology and National Trust properties.....North Norfolk has it all.

Rose Cottage is a brick and flint Victorian cottage situated in a peaceful setting within its own grounds and paddocks. Two spacious and luxurious ground floor rooms, have been created in our recently renovated timber clad barn, which is detached and across the courtyard from the cottage.

The situation naturally affords a considerable degree of privacy and independence for the discerning guests, who are free to come and go as they please.

An Aga cooked breakfast is served between 8.30 and 9am in our breakfast room at the cottage.
